Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 pkg cream cheese, softened
Shredded Chicken (Canned works. Or whole rotisserie chicken, or 2-4 chicken breasts)
3/4 Cup Blue Cheese Dressing
3/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
1/3 C Hot Sauce (Like Red’s Hot)
Optional - crumbled blue cheese
Mix all ingredients together (can use a mixer!) and put in 8x8 or 9x9 (“brownie pan”). Top with 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Colby Jack).
Bake at 350 for 30min until bubbly.
Can make up a few days ahead and just bake before eating. It might take a little longer to get bubbly if it’s cold from the fridge.
